Aide au logement – Location – Achat – Rénovation
En partenariat avec Action Logement, BALENCIAGA contribue au financement d’aides pour vous aider à trouver un logement, acheter un bien immobilier, financer des travaux, ou dans les cas de difficulté de logement.
Ces aides permettent de bénéficier des services suivants :
Logements sociaux, logements locatifs intermédiaires, logements temporaires ou logements privés.
L’aide MOBILI-JEUNE® : Prise en charge d’une partie du loyer des jeunes de moins de 30 ans, durant leur formation en alternance (100€ max/mois sur 12 mois).
La garantie VISALE: Caution locative gratuite garantissant le paiement du loyer et des charges locatives au propriétaire en cas de défaillance de paiement.
L’avance LOCA-PASS® : Financement du dépôt de garantie (sommes généralement exigées au moment de la signature du bail), sous forme de prêt à taux 0%, remboursable en 25 mois maximum.
Prêt accession de 40 000 € max, à taux réduit 0,5 % (hors assurance obligatoire) permettant de financer l’achat de sa résidence principale dans le neuf, la faire construire ou encore d’acquérir un logement ancien HLM.
Prêt travaux d’amélioration de 10.000 € max, à taux réduit 1% (hors assurance facultative) permettant de financer un grand nombre de travaux de rénovation dans votre résidence principale.
Prêt travaux d’adaptation du logement au Handicap de 10.000 € max, à taux réduit de 1% (hors assurance facultative) permettant aux salariés handicapés de financer les travaux d’accessibilité de leur logement privé ou de leur immeuble.

In partnership with Action Logement, BALENCIAGA supports you in your life projects : from buying a property to constructing, renovating your home or renting a residence.
How do we support? By offering you the following services:
Social housing, intermediate social rental housing, temporary housing or private housing.
MOBILI-JEUNE® aid : Coverage of part of the rent for people under 30 years of age, during their work-study program (100€ max/month over 12 months).
The VISALE guarantee : Free rental deposit guaranteeing the payment of rent and rental charges to the owner in the event of default of payment.
LOCA-PASS® advance : Financing of the security deposit (sums generally required at the time of signing the lease), in the form of a 0% interest loan, repayable in a maximum of 25 months.
Accession loan of up to €40,000, at a reduced rate of 0.5% (excluding compulsory insurance) to finance the acquisition of one’s main residence in the new build, to have it built or to acquire an old social home.
Improvement loan of up to €10,000, at a reduced rate of 1% (excluding optional insurance) to finance a large number of renovation work in your main residence.
Loan for adapting your home to the disabled of up to €10,000, at a reduced rate of 1% (excluding optional insurance), enabling disabled employees to finance accessibility work in their private home or building.
